Align your days to the cycles, flow and energy of the natural world.
Think about how the natural world is experienced by animals each day and try and replicate that as closely as you can.
Observe nature and align your day and actions accordingly.
Some things that I like to do:
Early to rise with the daylight/sunlight
Expose my eyes and skin to the morning sun
Get grounded/connected to the earth as often as possible - barefoot on the ground
Eat my meals outside in the sunlight
Expose my skin to the sunshine throughout the day
Avoid sunscreen
Continuous movement throughout the day
Train/Workout outside
Walks/hikes/runs through the forest/woods (forest bathing)
As much fresh air as possible - open windows and avoid furnace & AC as much as possible
Early to bed/wind down when it gets dark
Spend as much of my day outside as possible (#outsidenotinside)
Benefits of living a life aligned more closely with the natural rhythms of nature:
Set your circadian rhythm and improve your sleep
Improve your Heart Rate Variability (HRV)
Lower your Resting Heart Rate (RHR)
Reduce stress & anxiety
Decrease inflammation
Improv all markers of health and wellbeing
Find peace
